Hello,

Your website says the SN54HCT244-SP is a space component. I don't see what krad rating the component has. Could you please point me to where I can find this information?

    Hi Juan,

    This part doesn't have a RHA.You can go to the order now section of the product folder to see the OPN. You will see that this device comes in 2 part numbers:

    5962-8513001VRA and 5962-8513001VSA

    Referring to the following FAQ on part numbers:

    3056.3872.DLA Standard Microcircuit Drawings (SMD) and JAN Part Numbers FAQ.pdf

    5962 refers to the Federal Stock Designator, - implies no RHA, 85130 is the drawing designator, 01 is the device type, V is the device class which is defined in the FAQ, and the last two letters, SA or RA refer to the package type.
