Could you tell me about SN74LVC3G14DCUR power dissipation spec?
Customers are considering replacing Renesas with TI.
However, TI's logic products do not have power dissipation listed.
Could you tell me power dissipation specifications at 25℃?

I have checked the FAQ.
However, This calculation requires actual measurements.
Competitive devices list maximum power dissipation.

ex) HD74LV2G14A

We need this information to replace some logic ICs.
I will describe the device in the replacement proposal.
Please tell me how to calculate the Maximum power dissipation from the value of the data sheet.
I want to calculate it without using measured values.

T_J(max) is 150 °C for all logic devices; T_A(max) depends on your system, but is assumed to be 25 °C in the quote above; θ_JA is given in the datasheet.

For the SN74LVC3G14, P_max is (150 °C − 25 °C) / 227 °C/W ≈ 550 mW.
