I am using the LS1012A,

which is a 1.8V processor, and I want to connect the external interface to 3.3V.

So, I want to use SN74AXC4T774-Q1, but there is no GPIO in the application of TI homepage.

Can I use GPIO?

All devices can be used with GPIO. The SN74AXC4T774-Q1 works with LS1012A signals.

The 1T45 lists GPIO just because there is no other common application that uses a single channel, and leaving the application column empty would look bad.
