SN54HC04-SP: operating HC04 IC with -5V supply.

Part Number: SN54HC04-SP

Hi,

we are using space grade part SN54HC04-SP.

Is it OK to use  this IC with negative logic.

VCC = 0V

GND = -5V

input high level = 0V

input low level = -5V

Kindly suggest.
