The left side of the picture is the truth table of 273, the middle is the truth table of 573, please recommend a chip with the truth table on the right, thank you!

The reason is that the board has been processed, and it was found that 273 and 573 cannot meet the demand. A logic chip on the right side of the picture is needed, thank you!

The truth table on the right describes an AND gate. The CP input is ignored.

Do you want a device with a clock input? Should it react to edges on the CP input?

I don't need clock input. No edge input is required.

I need a device that is compatible with SN74HCT273 and SN74ACT573 packages, and the truth table is on the right.

I don't want to modify the hardware principle and remake the PCB.

There is no device with that pinout.

You have to redo the board, or create a daughterboard.

As I said, that truth table describes an AND gate.

There are no AND gates with a shared input, so you have to use separate gates and route the MR input to one input of each gate. You probably want 2× SN74AHCT08.
