Looking for a device which can output 2 inverting signals with short circuit protection

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AUP1G58, SN74LVC1G58, SN74LVC1G11

Hi team,

Do we have a deice that:

1. If we input a signal, it can output 2 inverting signal.

2. It has short circuit protection function which means if the load is too heavy, it can detect the output current and stop the output?

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,

Wendy

  • As far as I know, no logic device has short circuit protection.

It would be possible to add series resistors to limit the current. What drive strength do you need?

  • Hi Clemens,

    Thank you for your reply!

The drive strength need to be further confirmed.

Besides, do we have a device can have the logic as below?(ON1, ON2 and NA are the three inputs) Or how can we use our products to realize the logic shown as below?

    Thanks a lot!

    Best regards,

    Wendy

  • G can be implemented with a single SN74LVC1G58‌/‌SN74AUP1G58, with In0 = ON1, In1 = ON2, In2 = NA.

R requires two devices: an inverter (74xx1G04) for ON1 and a three-input AND gate (e.g., SN74LVC1G11); alternatively, one plain AND gate (74xx1G08) and an AND gate with one inverted input (can also be implemented with 74xx1G58).
