    Unfortunately, we don't have this information readily available - as this is an older part. If you'd like, I can check to see if we can test this part, but the ESD testing may take anywhere from 1 to 2 months to do. Would you like for me to check this for you?

    I understand that there is no information about ESD of SN74LS32DBR.

    So, are there any products that have already been ESD tested in the same series and in the same package that can be shown to have the same ESD (HDM)?

    Hi Minami-san,

    I was able to find a test for the SN74LS123DR and it passed the following:

    ESD HBM 2500V
    ESD CDM 1500V
    ESD MM 250V

    This is likely the case for the SN74LS32, as both are bipolar devices. There should be minimal to no variations for ESD performance between different packages.
