I noticed that the NT_OK and PT_OK are not cleared by nRST or nPORRST.

Hi QJ,

Since the bits get updated on a failed test and Test results in a CPU-Reset anyway this should not be a problem correct.
It is just that the Reference Manual has a faulty description of the behaviour?

Hi Max,

The flags will be cleared if the text fails. I will check with the owner of the Technical Reference Manual if it is a lit bug.

I think the description of NT_OK and PT_OK in TRM is not correct. Those two flags are not cleared by reset (nRST and nPORRST). Those two flags are cleared by the failed test. Thank you, Max, for pointing this out.
