Thank you for the response !!!

As i have mentioned currently in the market  TMDSEMU110-U debugger is not available so can i use  TMDSEMU110-ETH for flashing the code in our custom design board which is TMS320f28069 controller piccolo family. 

If yes then How can i do it ?

Also i have  TMDSEMU110-U debugger for that USB port is damaged so with the following arrangement mentioned in the below document can i flash the code in our custom design board

TMDSEMU110-ETH is add-on package and you need the base unit TMDSEMU110-U to work.

Other option is you can use launchpad of newer devices and then connect the jumper wire from Launchpad to your custom board. It will not be clean solution, but it can be made to work.
