Hi Manoj,

I'm not familiar with the output interface on the adc3643. What output mode are you using? Are clocks generated by the adc3643? Is there any standard hardware interface (e.g. SPI) that could handle the adc3643 output interface?

The AM243x SDK has some examples of ADC interfacing using the PRU. Please see:

yes, the output clock is generated by the adc3643

There is no standard hardware interface like spi to capture data, so we want to use gpio's but the digital interface can be configured using SPI register

SOC GPIOs might have too much jitter for your application.

Can you review the PRU IO example and see if it might fit your needs?
