The type is 74HCT4852bq.

Sorry for the delay, i am on vacation for last week.

I found Enable pin and i don't found any pin called "AWM_EXT_ENA"

I hope both are same,

Hi Jagadish,

the AWM1_EXT_ENA  is a pin on the TMS570LS1114 (ball V8 on ZWT package)

This pin of the TMS570 is used to control the enable of the external ADC multiplexer. (e.G. Pin 6 of 74HCT4852bq)

My problem is, that the Timing of this enable Pin is to fast, and it seems (from my side) that the timing is only depended from th ADCCLK

Why don't you try increasing the Acquisition time(sampling time)

The total conversion time for every channel is equal to the sum of the Sampling Period and Conversion period right, so if you increase the sampling period then enabling signal time will also increases for each channel.
