Hi Team,

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of our customer.

The device mentioned above keeps getting an error:

I tried installing the driver numerous times but to no avail. Can I please get assistance ASAP?

Please see a screenshot of my Stellaris. The issue I'm having is that my drivers are installed properly but my program is not the physical microcontroller.

Please advise on the next steps.

Hi,

The mentioned board on the title is EK-TM4C123GXL. This is a LaunchPad based on TM4C123GH6PM MCU. You seem to use a tool for Stellaris MCU, not for Tiva or TM4C123 MCU. if you need to program the part, you should use either CCS or LM flash programmer. LM flash programmer can be downloaded from https://www.ti.com/tool/LMFLASHPROGRAMMER.

Hi Charles,

I downloaded the program from the link. I cannot seem to get my board to load. Is there a possibility that my device got bricked? I was getting cannot find target device. The stellaris virtual serial port is installed. Can you please give me an advice on how to handle this.

Hi,

Did you choose TM4C123G LaunchPad? See below.

Your board should have the below enumeration in Device Manager. What does yours show?

Can you show me a screenshot of your error?

Do you have any board that you can try? Can you repeat the same error?
