RM57L843: ECLK

Hi,

I am using RM57L843 Microcontroller. I have some doubts on ECLK1 and ECLK2.

I am enabled the ECLK and after monitor the pins ECLK1 frequency is 75MHz, VPP voltage is 5V and ECLK2 frequency is same but VPP voltage is 300mv.

Can you please explain why this voltage difference is present.

Hi Veerappan,

I never tested ECLK2 before, but after testing now i found you are right about this behavior.

Give me some time to discuss with internal team about this, i will provide you further updates based on their response.

Hi Veerappan,

I didn't get the feedback from the internal team yet.

But on my testing i found one more thing that is, if we reduce the frequency on the ECLK2 again the amplitude is increasing.

For example:

Frequency - Vpp
75Mhz - 300mV
37.5Mhz - 800mV
25Mhz - 960mV
15Mhz - 1.3V

Can you please confirm that, you are also seeing the same behavior or not?
