I tried to use the flas programmer 1 on a Dell notebook with 3840x2400 display resolution and the interface looks like this:
Is there some way to get it looking like it does in the user guide of CCdegugger:
By the way: updating the firmware as descriped in the guide with SmartRF Studio7 also does not work by double clicking on the connected device in the list (8.1. page 14). Instead of 'let SmartRF Studio do the rest' it states: no RF device connected...

What device (CC2400, CC2500...) are you currently working with?

I'm surprised that it is not working for you, I tried with a 4K screen and it solved the issue.

I found an alternate solution as well.
You can change DPI settings in a per-program basis.
If you right click the shortcut to Flash Programmer, you can change the settings there:
And use System Enhanced DPI scaling settings.
