MSPM0C1104: No temperature compensation value (TEMP_SENSE0) in FACTORYREGION Registers.

Hi,

I was trying to use temperature sensor in the MCU and discovered that there no data at the location 0x41C4003C where TEMP_SENSE0 constant should be. I haven't find the issue in the errata or on this forum. Is the value on some other location?

Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm working with our production test team to see if we can find an issue with the specific devices you report as having the missing calibrations.

Can you provide the lot/date code on these devices ( a photo works too).

Hi Denis,

I've already got confirmation from TI that the temperature calibration data is not yet included in the samples. It will be when the device gets to RTM (Release To Market) in May. Issue solved. Thank you.

I'm checking with our systems team to see if they have an errata on this with a possible workaround so you can move forward with the silicon you currently have.

Hi Goran,

Sorry for the delay. For the devices you already have mounted on PCBs the systems team says it is possible to perform a room temperature calibration yourself and store in FLASH. I know it is not ideal, but it is a temporary workaround. What do you think?
