Hi Luo, 

Are you using the USB2-TO-GPIO adapter to read the device from your board? What error are you getting - Unable to find adapter or device? Kindly give some more context to the problem as I am unable to debug it without further information on what error you are getting. 

Usually to read an IC, the adapter is connected to the board (usually the communication pins from the device are routed to test points in a connector where the adapter can be plugged into). The Fusion GUI software then detects the adapter and the device (if everything is routed and connected correctly on the board) and the device is detected on the Fusion GUI.

Which error are you getting - an adapter not found error or device no found error? The different errors have different ways of debugging and different sources of problem.
