TMS320F28027: voltage filtering frequency

Part Number: TMS320F28027

Hello, according to the manual, I calculated the voltage filtering frequency and found that it is approximately 388.96 based on capacitance and resistance. However, I found that there is a probability of shutdown when starting and running at this frequency. The official default value of 344.62 can be used to operate normally. Why is this? Must it be matched with hardware?

  • Yes. The filter pole should be calculated according to the voltage sensing circuit of your own board. The issue you mentioned above that could be from the current/voltage sensing signals on your own board. You may try to use the lab01b and lab01c to verify your own board first.
