What you show are the subparts of the SYSTEM and XBAR modules in the MCU. Custom diagnostics tab allows customer to specify their own safety mechanism for covering these subparts. To cover SYSTEM and XBAR customer can use the standard safety mechanisms listed in the "Safety Mechanism Tailoring" tab.

These are the ADC start of conversion signals generated by the EPWM. These are can be used for debug purposes, but my guess is that customer would not use this function.
