MSP430F2370: behavior on power switch on

Hi Team

For MSP430F2370IRHA,what happens whith system reset and initialization when the power level on "Vcc" and on "RST/NMI"-Pin increase at the same time and the same power level? Does a Brownout Reset (BOR) occur or get the MSP into a instable state?

Add：

Power On occurs when a lithium battery (3V) is soldered to the board. The battery drives the Vcc via a low pass filter consisting of 10R/1800µF (6V3). There is a delay element of 47k/3n3 on the RST/NMI pin. The voltage level at RST/NMI follows the rise of Vcc in level and time immediately.

Please refer to POR/BrownoutReset(BOR) chapter (page 24) of MSP430F23x0 Mixed Signal Microcontroller datasheet (Rev. E). it is related with td(BOR) and t(reset).
