MSP430FR6047: Stabalization of Resonator and Crystal

Hello TI team,

We are using MSP430FRC6047 IC for water meter. I wanted to know whether Resonator is more stable of Crystal, or both give similar kind of results.

Is there any reference documents for it.

    Hello,

    We don't have any documentation in particular around this, but generally speaking, crystals are typically more accurate than ceramic resonators. If searched for online, you will see several sources giving you a comparison between the two technologies.
