Hi Team,

Following Section 2.3.1 of the SNLU197 USB-2-MDIO Software Tool user's guide, our customer encountered an error when he ran the Flash_MSP430_F5.bat file as shown in the screenshot below. I searched for similar error in the forum but didn't find one. What could have caused this error?
