MSP430FR5735: I/O max current

Outputs – General-Purpose I/O (P1.0 to P1.7, P2.0 to P2.7, P3.0 to P3.7, P4.0 to P4.1, PJ.0 to PJ.5) what is the absolute max current can sink and source for one of those pins?

is there a hardware data sheet that supports hardware design?

It is in the online datasheet you can get to if you follow the part number link. There is no max current since they kind of current limit themselves. There is a max total current:

Its not really helpful the data sheet if they not include max current per pin

Hi Saad,

Keith is pointing to the right page to look at. The max current for this particular part is 100 mA across all pins (for a voltage drop of 0.6V), so if you are only using one, then your max sink/source current on that pin is 100 mA. Likewise, if you use two, you just need to make sure the current across both does not sum to more than 100 mA, or you may receive a voltage drop of more than 0.6V.
