MSP430FR2672: CapTIvate touch sensing :changing user configuration (tuning) at runtime based on product type

Part Number: MSP430FR2672

I have a system that requires 3 different touch slider user configurations during development, depending on how the developer has his system configured; open air pcba, attached to plastic bezel, or in system.

How can I select the tuning during operation based on the users system configuration?  Currently, the only way I see to handle this is to have 3 separate software builds for the MSP, but this is awkward, because the MSP is a sub-system that gets programmed/updated by a host processor.  Can these 3 tuings be managed by CapTIvate or the CCS tool?

Thanks

Jon
