We are having issues with the KeyFob demo-board.
We are trying to download a test code into the RF430F1xx demo board and we have issues when trying to download the application.
1) In Code Composer Studio, we have the following error code when launching the download.
Looks like the debug Probe doesn’t manage to connect to the RF430F1xx.
Do you know what can cause this ?
Below is some information on our setup.
We are using release 12.4.0.00007 of Code composer Studio with the following target parameters
We are using debug probe MSP-FET, connected to the demo board like this.
We moved the VJTAG jumper in position “2-3” so that the debug probe can power-supply the board (we checked that 3v3 is coming to the chip).
The LED on the demo-board is blinking each time we press a button, so we think power supply is OK.
The drivers for the debug probe are correctly installed.
Code composer Studio was able to update the debug probe firmware.
2) Additionnaly we saw in the datasheet that the programming interface is restricted to SBW interface. This interface can be disabled by programming electrical fuses. It is possible that this fuse programmed lead to the issue mentiioned above ?
And can this fuse be erased (e.g. with mass erasing the chip) to enbable back the SBW interface?
