Hi,

We want to store data in FRAM memory of MSP430 microcontroller,

Is there any unlock required before attempting write operation. if yes, please share code for performing this. Do I need to modify lnk_msp430fr5969.cmd file memory partition for performing write operation?

The simplest way is to make your variable(s) PERSISTENT. The compiler/linker put these into section "TI.persistent", which is placed at the bottom of FRAM and sets the MPU to make that FRAM (block) writable. Doing this requires no further action on your part. TI Example msp430fr59xx_framwrite illustrates:

If you have more complex requirements, e.g. you don't want the writable memory to be at the bottom of FRAM, you will probably have to work with the linker .cmd and/or the MPU editor (Build Settings->General->MPU[tab]).
