    See from the descirption, I think it is yes. Here is the comment I find in the system:

    2. What is the noticeable effect for a customer or what is the applicative/functional malfunction caused by this bug: 

Could issue a false reset (as long as 60uS) even when supply is good but has an up transient as low as 300mV  (could be lower  with multiple transients).
