Hi Aravind,
Have you adjusted the configuration of the shunt jumpers on the device?
You should take a look at the EVM430-FR6047 Hardware Users Guide to verify the hardware set up and make sure the USB-HID bridge is set up to communicate with your PC. Once you've verified that, please let me know if you are able to see the device in device manager.
I have not adjusted the configuration of the shunt jumpers on the device.I have also verified the hardware setup with user guide. My hardware setup remains same as user guide.
Iam no able see the device in device manager
Is LED D202 blinking on and off at a rate of about 0.5Hz?
Have you tried switching to another USB port on your laptop and have you tried switching out your USB cable?
It looks like the device is powered on and the LEDs don't appear to be showing an error.
Have you tried utilizing a different USB cable?
Additionally, if you attempt to connect to the device using another connector, like the 14 pin connector or BSL, are you able to communicate with the device then?
In the past have you ever been able to connect to this EVM, or other MSP430 EVMs? Is it possible that your current device is broken, or is it possible that you are missing some drivers to detect the device?
Is the EVM plugged directly into your computer's USB port or is there an expander or some other hardware in between?
Is it possible that the MSP430F5529 USB-HID bridge device has been damaged in some way?

Is it possible that the MSP430F5528 has been damaged in some way? If it was connecting, and suddenly it stops, with no hardware or software change that you can see, that suggests to me that you are either missing some change you made, or perhaps there is damage to the device.
You could also try probing the I2C pins on the MSP430F5528 to see if there is any activity. Considering that you said D202 is still toggling at a regular interval it sounds like the CPU on that device is still running.
If you are able to verify that the MSP430F5528 is also still working and communicating correctly, then you need to evaluate whether something in your PC is breaking the connection. You may need to restart the device or redownload your drivers.
If you can verify that the I2C pins are showing correctly formatted HID communications then we can conclude that the PC or the USB cable you are using is causing the problem. Please try adjusting these two things and try again. You may want to try reinstalling the drivers, or restarting your PC.
