Hi experts!

I am working with MSP430FR2155, BQ34Z100-R2 and BQ76952

I have a code which when compiled, gives me this warning. Any idea on how to configure this warning? And also, is this related to the FRAM memory allocation?

I did see an optimization of code document (Optimizing code) from TI and followed the applicable steps and that did reduce the FRAM memory allocation by around 20% but, I don't know what to do further.

As I've seen in many other threads, this can be problematic while flashing the code onto the microcontroller . I have attached a picture of my memory allocation below in this thread. So any help is appreciated.

May I know if you have try the different Optimization level on CCS?

Does this warning exist on the all Optimization levels or not?

Yes i have tried all the other optimization levels and its currently on the 4th level.

and yes, the warning does exist on all the optimization levels.

I checked the MSP430 Optimizing C/C++ Compilerv21.6.0.LTS UG

I can see there is some description on "Compression (LZSS) Format".

Could you please kinldy check if these information is helpful on your question?

I commented out all the printf statements and now the warning doesn't appear.

Out of curiosity, what should I do if I have to use the printf statement?
