The application note https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slaa908 describes a great UART to I2C bridge, directly aplicable to MSP430FR2311 and eUSCI-based devices.
My question is it is worth to port (by us) this AN to the MSPM0 series, as MSPM0 does not features eUSCI peripheral and no adds any advantage for our application. Long-term availavility of MSP430FR2311 is the key for our decision.
