I want to program my PCB, which includes a MSP430FR6047, with the programmer that is included on the MSP430FR6047 EVM, would you please let me know, which pins should I use in my design?
- Output pins from EZFET_PROGRAM/DEBUG
JTAG pin connected to MCU:
So, it means I should connectd TDO, TDI, TMS, TCK, RST fom EZFET connector to TDO, TDI, TMS, TCK, RST from JTAG? are these pins enoguh?

Hi,
An easy way to program your board with the ezFET is to use the SBW interface. It only uses 4 wires, VCC, GND, TEST and RST. Connect those four pins to your board and you can download and debug your board with it.
And for JTAG, You may also need the VCC and GND pins.

Would you please let me know, what would be the difference between JTAG_VCC and EXT_VCC? what should I connected JTAG_VCC and EXT_VCC? both VCC? why not just connect them directly to VCC? what is the reason we consider two options?
In the evaluation board, we have this option, to connect JTAG_VCC to EXT_VCC, Why not permanently connect them together?
