We have gone through all the measures mentioned in the this document : https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa729a/slaa729a.pdf?ts=1709980960376
and still see flash corruption issues and we still do not understand the root cause for it.
We have filled out the TI flash questionnaire form and would like to have a technical call with TI to help us understand why this is still happening.
Please let me know what is the next step to get a call setup with TI tech support.
