I am using MSPM0C1104 development board. Can anyone suggest me after selecting the peripherals using resource explorer how to generate the code or how to save that file with selected peripheral to flash on to development board.

Import it to Theia, compile it and use Project->Build to compile it. Then use Run->debug project to put it on the machine.
