When I try to flash the example code in MSPM0C 1104 development board then I frequently get this error. Can anyone suggest me the solution to resolve it ? Thank You

Can you share your software environment first?

Which version of SDK?
Which version of CCS?

By the way, you are using the launchpad, right?

Yes I am using Launchpad LP-MSPM0C1104.

CCS Version: 12.7.1.00001

MSPM0: sdk_2_00_01_00

Please try to factory reset the device.

I just try to factory reset the board but after connecting the board nothing is shown on output console(like device is ready to attach) So what does it means?
