I am curious to know about which flash controllers are used in embedded flash controllers?? is it nand based or nor based flash controllers ??
and if they are using nor based embedded flash controllers then which one they will use SLC or MLC or TLC. what is the reason for that?
please explain me in detail.
And i will request you to provide some TI documents for embedded nor flash controllers
