I used to SLAA203C.PDF and MSP430FE427 do a electronic electricity meter
But the amount is not out of the correct voltage and current. Who can teach me how to use.
Voltage use divider resistors 1500/999000 is
Current section is HAS100-S current signal switch to voltage signal 大約0.1V
Who can teach me what program needs to change?

If you don't get an answer to your post, simply doing a verbatim re-post exactly the same as the first is unlikely to get you any better results:

Instead, you need to think about how you could clarify the original question to give people a better chance of understanding your problem and, thus, being able to help.

Hi Du ZI, it is not possible to teach you in simple word how to calibrate an Energy meter without more knowledge of what are you doing:
Are you using:
single phase
or
triple phase AAron insertion circuits?
1.4A 110V how you measured these parameters, how about load, phase angle and again from phase Cos phi?
Three parameter exist on power so you need know all about load to integrate energy:
Apparent Power: A = |V| * |I| [VA] this is the product from RMS instrument measuring phase current and line voltage
Active power P = |V| * |I| * Cos Phi [W] this is the real working power doing active work
Reactive power Q = |V| * |I| * Sin Phi [VAR] This is reflective power traveling back from load to line
A = Sqrt(P^2 + Q^2)
-------------------------------
Do you own a calibrated energy meter, a calibrated voltmeter, ammeter, watt meter and a reactive load box or bench with phase shifter and virtual load setup?
Do you know about virtual load? or are you using a direct load?
Start telling us about your understanding of my wrote and about your electric knowledge background, otherwise we have a very low chance to help you in calibrating an energy meter instrument. We can help a colleague but teaching is a job and none of us can spread a course for null profit.
Regards
Roberto
