Dear TI Engineers/previous users of MSP430FR4133-BOOST-IR Bundle,
Forgive me if this seems like a silly question, but I can't seem to get the MSP430FR4133 launchpad to make contact with the supposed plug and play BOOST-IR module which I recently ordered.
The close-up images of the launchpad showing the male-header pins are below:
From the videos/instruction manuals I've seen, it seems that it's meant to be plug and play, but I can't seem to make the short male pins contact with the female side on the underside of the BOOST-IR module.
Is it possible that it's a manufacturing error (the pins are too short?) or that they've been broken off?
Shouldn't the header pins be longer, and look something like this one (MSP430FR2433):
Or am I missing something else?
Thanks,
Samuel

Please contact the vendor of your FR4133 LaunchPad to exchange a new one.
Hi Zhao Wei,
Thanks for the information!
I ordered straight from the TI store. Unfortunately their email link is broken for me .. do you think their live chat will help? Or is there someone I can directly contact via email?
Thanks,
Samuel
