Part Number: MSP432P401M
Hi!
There is a JTAG Interface available with the part MSP432P401MIPZ. In our thought this will include Boundary Scan testability and a bsdl file.
Is there a Boundary Scan testability for this Controller? If yes, how to get a bsdl file? If no, is there any similar Controller including Boundary Scan.
