CCS/MSP430FR5994: The code example doesn't work because of FRAM write protect-[BOOSTXL-AUDIO_RecordPlayback_MSP430FR5994]

I tried this code example from project explore, but found it not work because of the FRAM is write protected. The code can't write any data to the address starting at 0x10000 and 0x2000. Could any one help confirm this issue. all other functions are good except this issue. The result is there is nothing in the FRAM.

I used the MSP430FR5994 EVM Kit and BOOSTXL-AUDIO Kit.
