Is it possible to configure/modify the BSL for MSP430F2418 (also 2412, 2410) to allow programming through the UCA0 UART instead of P1.1(BSL tx) and P2.1(BSL rx)? If not, does anyone know of any open source BSL equivalents that could be modified for this purpose? Or is there any example code that would help me do this without the BSL?
Also, I see that the BSL is half duplex--which is good for my application. I would like to connect to the BSL with one wire. To do this I would need to be able to force BSL tx to high impedance when it is not transmitting. Is this possible?
Thanks for helping with this!
