I can see that both directions úpstream & downstream give about the same result(see pictures) I want to know if the signal level is sufficient since the the "Ultrasonic Sensing Design Center" gives me the error:

Algoritm 126 No signal detected ....

Last picture shown previous rx signal enlarged!

Please advise?

Hi Winter,

thanks for your reply, I didn't had that document yet. One question though:

text in paragraph 1.1. point 7 "within ±1000 codes for 1-MHz transducers and ±600 codes for 2-MHz transducers."

Question: What does 'codes' mean?

The 'codes' is ADC captured raw value of ups/dns signal.

Thanks for your respons. By reading 'stuff' I discovered that the "time from start pulse to start of ADC" was 60 microseconds, which should be(measured with scope) 124 miscroseconds. So I set it to 120. After changing this everything works beautiful. Very good signal and results.

I will now start a second trial using a single transducer(hydrophone) and using Doppler. It should be possible to use this 'downstream', which enables protection against debree and keep the transducer 'clean' due to underpressor(lift), as well as measure the 'flow' and the 'level' at the same time!
