Hello Vino,

Unfortunantly, I'm not sure what the BYPASS, SAMPLE/PRELOAD, and EXTEST registers are and I don't see any reference to them in the MSP430L092 datasheet or family User's Guide.  Can you clarify what you are asking?

IEEE Std 1149.1 defines nine test instructions. Of the nine instructions, three are required(BYPASS, SAMPLE/PRELOAD, EXTEST) and six (INTEST, RUNBIST, CLAMP, HIGHZ, IDCODE, USERCODE)are optional.

BYPASS= serial data to be transferred through the IC from TDI to TDO without affecting the operation of the IC

SAMPLE/PRELOAD= selects the boundaryscan register to be connected between TDI and TDO. During this instruction, the boundaryscan register can be accessed via a data scan operation

EXTEST=During this instruction, the boundary-scan register is accessed to drive test data offchip via the boundary outputs and receive test data off-chip via the boundary inputs

these are the operations Is it possible for MSP430L092?

Understood.  Unfortunately, the MSP430 does not suppost boundry scanning, with the exception of BYPASS.  There is more information here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_(MSP430)

I need help to do the BYPASS register, How to access the JTAG pins because one pin having (SPI_CS/TCK/P2.0/TA0.2/TA1.2/TA1.1) this designnation and how to do Bypass by using vector set.
