My customer uses MSP430F5636IZQW (MicroStar BGA), but MSP430F5636IZQW has become LIFEBUY.

I saw TI.com and datasheets, but the other MicroStar BGA packages are Active.

So I have a question.

What should I introduce instead of MSP430F5636 IZQW?

May I introduce the F563x series Microstar BGA?

Thank you for your reply.

The customer wants an MCU with a spec equivalent to the MSP430F5636.

And it's also important that the package be small. QFP is NG.

If they can, they want a Microstar BGA.

May I introduce them to Microstar BGA products?

Hi Nori,

Does the customer need DAC12_A ? If not, MSP430F5635/34/33 is OK. Or MSP430F5637 with larger FLASH size may be an option.
