MSP432E401Y: ROM bootloader

Part Number: MSP432E401Y
So, if I get it correctly there can be two SLAU746A bootloaders… the ROM one at 0x0100.0000 invoked by a pin under BOOTCFG control (or when the flash is unprogrammed) and an optional user one that can be user customized and flashed at 0x0000.0000 as a 'prologue' user application. Is is that correct? How does the ROM loader choose the interface? does it listen to UART0/SSPI0/I2C0 at the same time? In that case external hardware must take in account that these 3 peripherals are configured in that way if the ROM loader is invoked, right?
