Yes. MSP432E401Y ROM bootloader support USB protocol (DFU). 

In page 2 of MSP432E4 SimpleLink™ Microcontrollers Bootloader (BSL) User's Guide (Rev. A), you can see the description "On Ethernet, the standard bootstrap protocol (BOOTP) is used and, for USB DFU, updates are performed through the standard Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU) class."
