CCS/MSP430I2040: MSP430I2040 - IAR code porting to CCS

Hi All,

We are having TI DC SmartPlug reference IAR code. With that we are able to compile and work with the code.

Now we have to port the same code to CCS. Is there any documentation available for the particular code to port in to CCS.

Kindly suggest the inputs.

Hi Winter,

Thanks for the reference. With the above document able to solve the porting errors.

Now it is showing the error as attached.

My assumption is the code is not able to reference the emeter-toolkit for msp430i204x.

We got the EVM MSP430-i2040 SUBMTR which has the following emeter-toolkit except msp430i204x(refer below image).

Please suggest how to obtain the emeter-toolkit for msp430i204x.

Hello,

The emeter library in IAR is a legacy project and not compatible with CCS.

You can use our new Energy Measurement Design Center for MSP430 MCUs which can automatically generate code based on your configuration on GUI.
