Part Number: MSP-FET430UIF

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

First time trying to run CCS with a SP430 USB-Debug-Interface and I keep running into the Error "Error initializing emulator: No USB FET was found" each time I try to Debug or Load my code.

 

I assume it may be a driver issue. Checking Device Manger shows the MSP430 device is recognized:

However it appears the driver is successfully installed:

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I want to know which CCS and MSP430 debugger are you using?

    For example here is all the debugger supported by CCS9:

    MSP-FET430UIF
    MSP-FET
    ICDI
    XDS100(v1/2/3)
    XDS110
    XDS200/220
    SEGGER J-Link
