Hello MSP team
I am trying to run the out of the box demo within the ti network. First I tried to put the proxy with the command "proxy webproxy.ext.ti.com 80" but connection was not possible. Afterwards I put the proxy directly on the code, built it and run it in the board:
It seems like now it is connecting but sitll not getting a token, this is the output of the terminal:
If I put the proxy again in the terminal I get the same error "Failed to connect ... " I am not sure if it is a problem of the proxy or the network, I previously run it in a normal internet network without proxy and it worked
Thank you for your time
Natalia
Hi Yuly,
Let me reach out to our experts in this area and see if they can help us with your questions.
Hi Yuly,
Ethernet and other connectivity applications do not work when connected to the TI network. I'm not sure the exact reason, most likely security-related, but when we are testing our examples we need to disconnect from the network.
Hi Jessica,
Thank you for your answer. In this case do you have a suggestion in how to test the examples? if you disconnect from the TI network which network do you use?
Hi Yuly,
When we are testing examples in the office, we have to use a router that isn’t connected to the TI network. Do you have access to an external router? If not, do you have a network at home that you could use?
