Hi,

There is an issue about MSP430fr5964 below:

1.When I powered off the power completely, I found it has 0.8V voltage. I check circuit to find when I removed ADC circuit, the circuit worked nomally.The circirt below:

2.It was similarly as above. When I used IO to enable the LDO,the IO couldn't be low without power,its power was about 1.2V.Cirecuit as below.

The structure of EN as below as similar as ADC:

My question is：

Why do IOs leakage electric?

When V_CC is 0 V, applying a higher voltage to any other pin is forbidden by the absolute maximum ratings:

The pins have ESD protection diodes to V_CC, so when the voltage at a pin is higher than V_CC, current can flow into V_CC (and power up the chip).

The voltage is lower than Vcc, I had used multimeter to measure the voltage.
