Figure 5-19 in the datasheet illustrates how the SINAD increases as the OSR increases. For a given OSR (e.g. 256), you can convert the SINAD to ENOB using the equation in the following thread.

ENOB stands for "effective number of bits", so they could mean the same thing depending on your definition of "effective resolution". ENOB indicates the number of noise-free bits measured for a certain ADC configuration. Hope that helps!
