LP5036: I2C no ACK

Dear team,

our customer ues LP5036, i2C will be no ACK as below:

Our customer write software by himself and let main system reboot,  no power off.

What could be causing it？

    Hi Jimmy, 

    Based on the error message you provided, there are two general categories of potential problems: 

       1. Electrical problems: missing / unsuitable pull-up resistors for bus length

       2. Address problems: mismatched slave address or not-ready ACK state

    Regarding the problems, there are multiple ways to check: 

       1. Please verify the schematic with our customer and send me a copy of that

       2. Please also send me waveforms of I2C communication

       3. Test if this problem prevail to other devices (not just LP5036)
